Around 26 years ago, Rosa drove in northern Thailand.  In the district of Wichian Buri, she ordered a plate of chicken and was blown away with this recipe, given to her by the then 80-year old chef.  The restaurant is now a sprawling eatery that serves over 3000 chickens each day.
