Pork steaks with oven roasted vegetables
4 pork steaks
Food4four pork seasoning
FOR THE VEGETABLES
1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
2 zucchini, roughly chopped
2 red bell peppers
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 medium potatoes, cubed
1 red onion, quartered
food4four vegetable seasoning
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Prepare all your ingredients.
Preheat oven to 245C.
In a large bowl, combine the squash, red bell peppers, sweet potato, and potatoes. Separate the red onion quarters into pieces and add them to the mixture.
Tip the vegetables in a mixing bowl and toss with the food4four vegetable seasoning until coated. Spread evenly on a large roasting pan. Roast for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, stirring every 10 minutes, or until vegetables are cooked through and browned.
Heat a barbecue or saucepan over medium-high heat. Season the pork steaks and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve the pork steaks with the oven roasted vegetables.
